Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensure business opportunities are identified and converted into incremental value, potential revenue, appropriate model and costing.
2. Ensure potential customer buy-off the model & aware of HLS value proposition and capability.
3. Ensure good KPI tracking established as to ensure operation support level maintain at all time.
4. Account management.
5. Ensure relationships are established and maintained at all level in customer organizations.
Major Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years solid experience of business development or sales, and 2 years at the third party warehouse and transportation logistics sales experience is a must.
3. Strong proven analytical, conceptual capability.
4. Well communicate with all level internally and externally.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills & Fluent use of written & Spoken English.
6. Highly motivated, persistent, results oriented. |

| Senior Operation Manager(SOM) |
|
Major Responsibilities:
1. To plan, direct and control all aspects of operations within responsible area base on a daily basis, impleme0nt new plans and initiatives with the objective to provide progressive leadership for the workgroup, exceed service commitments and customer satisfaction, generate revenues and maintain an efficient and cost-effective operation.
2. To manage and control costs, whilst ensuring operational service quality standards are continuously met.
3. To ensure safety and security of depot employees and assets and consideration of environment and community issues.
Major Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 5 years business experience on the third party logistics management with warehouse and transportation service.
3. Able to work independently, prioritize, perform under stress and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
4. Excellent interpersonal skills & Fluent use of written & Spoken English
5. Well communicate with all level internally and externally.
